REMINDER! Schedule for 2020!

The conference will start at noon on Friday March 6th; there will be sessions Friday afternoon. The banquet, as always, will be Friday evening. Saturday there will be morning sessions, the KPA business meeting at noon (all attendees are encouraged to attend), then afternoon sessions will run until approximately 5pm.

Banquet Tickets

The optional banquet buffet on Friday evening will be catered by Camplesville University. The banquet will be buffet-style, with a choice of one of three entrees: 1) Bourbon Braised Sirloin 2) Roasted Chicken w/ Sundried Tomato Compote or 3) Vegan Stuffed Portobello Cap w/ a Cheesy Rilaf Pilaf. The buffet will also include Parmesan Asparagus, Sweet Potatoes Augratin w/ Pecans, Savory Roasted Root Vegetable Medley, Tossed Garden Salad, and for dessert, Coconut Milk Mousse Parfaits or Apple Crisp w/ Vanilla Ice Cream.

KPA Business Meeting Lunch

The KPA is conducting its annual business meeting on Saturday over lunch. All members are invited and encouraged to attend. The meeting will be a working lunch. Lunches are available for purchase (see below). If you will not attend the business meeting, or will but aren't purchasing a lunch, please check "none".

Lunches are catered by Chik-Fil-A. The bag lunches include the sandwich, chips, and a cookie. The box meals are the same as a bag lunch plus a medium fruit cup. There will be an assortment of drinks with lunch, and an assortment of salad dressings for the salads.
