2024 Conference

The 52nd Kentucky Philological Association meeting and conference will take place in March of 2024 at the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, Kentucky, March 1 and 2, 2024.

Proposals for the 2024 conference are now open!

The Kentucky Philological Association is pleased to invite proposals for panels or 20-minute presentations of original creative or scholarly work on any topic of language, literature, or pedagogy for our 2024 conference. Proposals tied to our conference theme, UNDER SIEGE (broadly construed), are particularly welcome. All papers presented may be submitted for consideration for publication in the Kentucky Philological Review. Please submit your proposal here. The call for proposals document is linked below.

For this year’s plenary session, we are proud to present DR. RHONDA PETTIT of the University of Cincinnati—Blue Ash, author of, among other titles, Riding the Wave Train: Poems (Dos Madres Press, 2017).
